Shipping Policy

We provide assurance on 100% delivery on each and every time of our customers placed an order with us. We track your parcel from the moment of dispatching to the moment of getting delivered. In case of issues with your delivery, we will send a notification email within 24 hours. Thereafter you will receive a new tracking number and your new parcel will be shipped to your location once again. A tracking number will be received after the confirmation of your orders.

Eligible to get Partial Refunds

In case if you are using some of the pills in a package and returning back some pills due to less effectiveness or not satisfied with it, then there will be a chance for you to get a partial refund. You have to mention this reason in a mail and send it to us as we processed your refund as soon as possible. Your refund will be processed with respect to the remaining pills you ship back to us.

Exceptions to our Refund Policy

  • The damage that is occurred from your side while opening the package, then you can not able to claim a refund.
  • Sale products cannot be refunded
  • We exchange the products in case you receive varied dosage yet we do not release a refund for this reason
  • Refund is not applicable to the person who requests for some other pills instead of order prescription medicine after the shipment
  • Products ought to be unused. Used Medicinal products will not be refunded at any cost.
  • In case if you do not claim a refund within 10 days of your shipment delivery, then your refund will not be processed
  • People those who stop the Tramadol treatment and needed a refund for their medication will not be welcomed. We do not refund the amount for such cases.
